Jazz Aughton

Bio

Born and raised in a loving family steeped in musical history, Jazz was surrounded with a passion for music and art. The majority of his youth he spent with his mother's gospel choirs on the road.

Ever since he moved to Belgium in support of his mother "Miss Autumn Leaves" in 2016, Jazz accompanied her on numerous occasions as road manager and cameraman. It wasn't until the summer of late 2021 that Miss Autumn Leaves asked him to perform at the Elaisa Wellness centre in Maasmechelen, to positive reaction of the crowds attending. After a few gigs, the idea occurred to enrol himself in The Voice competition (Season 9, 2024). To everyone's surprise he had a 4-chairs turn Blind Audition stunning the judges with his rendition of Sam Cooke's "Bring it On Home to Me".

Proceeding on to the Battles, passing the pre-Battles, he won over the crowd and judges hearts with Stevie Wonder's "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life", finally exiting the show with an exhilarating performance of James Brown's "Papa's Got A Brand New Bag".

Jazz currently devotes himself to honing his craft, warming the hearts of audiences with a variety of jazz, soul and gospel classics. Interested to see when he may liven up an occasion near you, or bookings?
